Somassage® is an effective treatment session technique based upon principles of fascia and Soma Structural Integration®. It allows release of tension, increased flexibility, promotes relaxed energy, enhances performance and promotes holistic health and wellbeing. This session focuses on the whole body to leave you feeling balanced, lighter, and energized.

Somassage

This consists of 10-sessions that each address a specific part of the body, yet also work to balance the whole. Sessions are generally one to two weeks apart and approximately 1.5 to 2 hours in length. In addition to the actual bodywork, movement re-education, reading materials, journaling and other activities may be used. Furthermore, each session builds on the previous, so completing the 10-session series is important for receiving the most benefit. Often clients will notice changes from one appointment to the next, with their bodies often eager to receive the next session.

10 - Series Session

A treatment session is recommended if you are wanting to work on a specific issue. We can do a stand alone session, sessions to prep you for the series, or a mini series of 3 to 5 sessions to address an issue. These sessions are based on the clients needs and can vary in time. Please reach out to me so we can plan your specific treatment session. Results from doing the 10 - series can have a better long term effect then doing consistent treatment work.
